cleanup

The page was ill-conceived, and i'd rather it had not been created -- but it was, and probably we should now, after these 5 months, keep a page with the name. I think it should make a Dab available, which the present page is not, starting with none of the specific articles in it being "candidates" for the title "Coloured hat", except "Six Thinking Hats".
Coloured hat may become a Rdr to Six Thinking Hats, with a {{Redirect}} HatNote Dab lkg to Coloured hat (disambiguation) and entries there for Six Thinking Hats, and paralleling it, Hacker (computing)#Hacker "hats" and (if there's no suitable section) Tibetan monk hats.
It's important to note that Dabs for at least White hat and Black hat will not be obviated by the Dab i'm about to turn the accompanying main-namespace page into -- nor were they by the old version.
